It’s proven that you’re more motivated to work out when you’re repping it out alongside others and more likely to push yourself harder and get faster results. That’s why we created our signature group training programs for adults. You’ll get a workout routine that is structured and challenging, while also being social in a fun, positive, and encouraging atmosphere!
ADULT GROUP TRAINING [AGT]
Welcome to AGT at AFT!
AGT sessions are circuit-based, Coach-curated programs that offer a wide-variety of fitness challenges to keep you motivated! You can expect every session to include elements of functional strength training, hits of cardio, and elements of core, mobility, coordination and balance. Your Coach will be able to offer you individual modifications and tips on achieving stellar form to ensure that you get the most of your work out.
Monday to Friday at 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:15am and 12:00pm. All sessions are between 45-60 minutes in length. If you’re unable to make one of these time slots, you can come in at any time and the workout-of-the-day will be available to you. One of our Coaches can help you get started.
You can take part in our annual challenges and competitions. They’re a great way to meet new people and become part of the AFT family.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING [SGT]
Do you have a group of friends that energize and motivate you? Do you wish that your day could start with all of you under one roof, getting after it, and pushing each other? Rally them together and get yourself booked in for weekly SGT sessions with one of our incredible Coaches.
SGT is the perfect solution because it is the middle ground between our AGT program and one-on-one training. You’ll get similar individualized attention as personal training - A coach will create a program that challenges your group collectively while also delivering on individual goals. Plus you get the added benefit of working out in a fun, small group atmosphere.
