    Personal training offers the most efficient path to achieving your fitness goals. With no wasted reps or time, having a coach present throughout your session ensures you maximize your effort, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment after every workout.

    Per Session Cost: $75-$100

  • AFT Independent offers an affordable way to experience the advantages of personal training without the higher cost of a coaches time.

    This program is ideally suited for intermediate to advanced athletes seeking a training plan specifically designed to meet their individual goals and abilities. With one-on-one coaching, you gain essential accountability and expertise which not only drive results but also ensures you enjoy the training process.

    AFT Independent provides the flexibility to coach you anytime and anywhere, ensuring that personal trips, whether to a cottage or Florida, do not disrupt your fitness journey.

    Pricing:

    • Independent - Fully Remote: $12-$14 per session

    • Independent + Unlimited Access Membership to the Farm: $15-$17 per session

  • AGT is designed to enhance your fitness journey, providing a supportive environment for beginner to intermediate gym goers. Our weekly program focuses on building strength and overall health through a structured routine:

    • Monday: Lower Strength

    • Tuesday: Upper Strength

    • Wednesday: Full Body Conditioning

    • Thursday: Athleticism

    • Friday: Full Body Strength

    Classes are available from Monday to Friday at 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, and Noon, with additional sessions on Saturday from 8 AM to Noon. Each session is affordably priced at $10-12, making it accessible to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.   • Welcome to Athlete Farm’s brand new Women’s Group Training class. Enjoy time training in a completely private studio surrounded by an inclusive and supportive group of women trying to better themselves through fitness.

    Programming for WGT will progressively challenge you to improve your strength, endurance and coordination, ensuring that you will become the strongest version of yourself!

Programs for Athletes

  • After School Athlete is specifically designed for young athletes aged 10-18 who want to enhance their speed, strength, and explosiveness. The program features personalized workouts tailored to individual goals and specific sports, ensuring that participants receive the training they need to excel. Each session is supervised by a dedicated team of coaches who provide guidance and support throughout the workouts.

    Sessions are available Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM, and on Saturday from 8 AM to noon. The cost per session ranges from $15-$25 depending on how often you’re training, making it an accessible option for dedicated athletes.

  • This program is specifically designed for young athletes aged 7-10, providing them with an opportunity for supervised training in the gym environment. First Steps to Fitness features workouts structured around engaging games and challenges, which instill the foundational principles of fitness in emerging athletes. The primary goal is to foster a positive relationship with gym activities and training from an early age.

    Sessions are available Monday through Thursday, with time slots from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM and 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM. Each session costs $15, and will be capped at 10 athletes.

  • AFT has considered each athlete's current performance metrics, goals, and any physical limitations since starting the College and Pro Off-Season Program in 2016. Doing so allowed us to develop a program that addresses individual strengths and weaknesses to enhance both physical capabilities and sport-specific skills.

    Once we understand the athlete's needs, we implement a progressive training plan that incorporates strength training, acceleration work, endurance conditioning, and sprinting.

    Collaboration with athletes is key; we encourage open communication about their progress, challenges, and any adjustments needed to optimize their training experience. This personalized approach creates an environment where athletes can thrive and reach their full potential during the offseason.

    An additional benefit of our Off Season program is the opportunity to train alongside other high-level athletes. If you are actively competing in a sport and want to feel more explosive and resilient next year, this program is perfect for you.

  • Have a group of athletes aged 10-18 who want to enhance their training experience? We can help. We provide tailored small group training sessions that help friends and teammates improve their strength and explosiveness. If you have a group of 3-5 young athletes who would benefit from personalized guidance in a gym, small group training is the perfect choice.

    $100 per session.

Programs for Teams

  • Team Training has been a core service at AFT since our establishment in 2016. With over 8 years of experience working with team sport athletes for 20-30 hours each week, the team at AFT specializes in conducting impactful strength and conditioning sessions for groups of 10-20 athletes. If you are a coach or team manager seeking to enhance your team's strength and resilience against injuries, consider scheduling an AFT Team Training Session.

    $150-$200/Session

  • Our Team Remote Coaching program provides sports teams unable to train together regularly with a comprehensive and structured program designed for the entire team. Leveraging our extensive experience in training competitive sports teams alongside our capability to deliver top-tier fitness programs to athletes in various locations, we ensure that your team receives high-quality coaching, regardless of where they train.

    AFT offers position-specific, evidence-based training protocols, giving teams confidence that their athletes will have a strength and conditioning program that will reduce injury risk and enhance performance.

    Remote Coaching Programs: $300-$500 per Month per Team

  • The Farm provides Brantford and surrounding communities with access to a 4,500 sq. ft. indoor field, allowing athletes to enhance their speed, acceleration, and skills throughout the year. The space features a separate entrance and washroom, which can be booked privately. Alternatively, you can include an AFT Coach in your booking for professional guidance during your session.

    Rental Rate: $145 - $200 per hour.
